    The ONE Sales Technique is essentially a system for communicating with a client/customer in a way that gets to the heart of what he or she wants from the sale, using his or her own language and values. By understanding (day one) and practicing (day two) this technique, you will be able to develop a deep rapport with your client, deal with the sales process in an honest and ethical manner, and lead the client to close the sale naturally resulting in a win-win conclusion for everyone.

    Yes, there are hundreds (thousands) of other sales techniques, many of them very effective. The beauty of the ONE technique is twofold:

  1. you only have to master the one approach, rather than a myriad of other techniques that may or may not be appropriate or effective;
     
  2. you can still add on or incorporate other sales techniques to the ONE approach, to extend the sales process in a natural way.
     
  3. And there's a third advantage. The ONE Sales System makes use of a questionnaire that also serves to keep track of the sales process. This is especially useful for sales managers to ensure that members of the sales team are actively applying the technique with a record of how effective it is in reality. Something no other technique can achieve.

    It isn't enough just to be an effective 'communicator'. It's also important to know how to get inside the heart and mind of your customer and sell them what he or she wants deep down, not what you want to sell them or think they might need. This is where most sales people go wrong. Nearly all the 'traditional' sales techniques tend to be focus on the sale rather than the customer.
