We want you to feel at home here. We value friendship and will help and encourage you. If you feel shy then we will make it easy for you. Our club is very informal (it's a Saturday night after all)! Can't Speak English?
If you'd like to learn how to feel confident about speaking but you don't feel your English is good enough yet? Don't worry. You can speak in English or Thai! Or perhaps you are an ex-pat wanting to expand your social and business circles. Come and try out your Thai. We won't laugh at you! - Well, only a little. When and Where?
We meet 1st & 3rd Saturday from 17.00-19.00++ at the Goethe Institute in Soi Goethe, Sathorn Soi 1. MRT: Lumpini

To join officially as a member costs 3,000 baht for one year. This includes the original speech projects manual, monthly magazine, and Toastmasters International confirmation letter to your employer when you become a "Competent Communicator". Each meeting costs around 250-300 baht to share the cost of the meal after the meeting. If you can't/don't stay for the meal then you simply pay 100 baht. |
